Non Profit Organizations

Several manufacturers allow charitable non profit organizations to purchase software at academic discounts. If you are a recognized as a charitable non profit under section 501(c)3 of the IRS tax code you may be eligible. Please note software purchases must be for organizational use.

Not all manufacturers' products are available to non profits.

How long is your eligibility kept on file:

Academic eligibility is kept on file for 12 months. If you have received an order within the last 12 months, your eligibility is on file. Simply reply back to the eligibility email by typing ON FILE.

After placing your initial order, or if you haven't ordered in the last 12 months, simply email id@academicsuperstore.com or fax 1-866-947-4525 a legible copy of the proper eligibility document.

Avoid Delays
  1. EMAIL IN ELIGIBILITY It is faster and more reliable than by fax.
  2. NOT ELIGIBLE If you are not a student, teacher, school or parent of a student at a degree granting school.
  3. SHIPPING TO A PO BOX OR APO BOX is not allowed.
  4. ORDERING OF MULTIPLES of the same products is not always allowed.
  5. DO NOT FORGET TO SUBMIT photo ID for Adobe or Avid products
  6. MISSING REQUIRED FORMS Some manufacturer's require special forms.

    5. Order # not on fax
    6. Fax blurry/off page
